Your office pool? Yeah, you have to get your picks in by lunch on Friday. Maybe it was straight head-to-head. Maybe the picks were w/ a spread, but probably not. You'd go week-to-week, and the winner of that week would get half of what was in the pool for the office that week, and the other half would be saved for whoever got the most wins at the end of the season.
