@BrianMcWilliams The disability stuff hits more than a little close to home. We went to this theater in DC last week…..holy shit not a place for someone who can’t feel much of anything below the ribs.
One of our favorite restaurants is basically a no-go because of how different it is to get to, and use the single toilet in the men’s room.
But if you see me from the waist up, I look fine.
My wife was completely unaware how bad my vision was until she sat in the exam room and watched me try to take a test.
For professional stuff, I used the extra time ONCE because I needed to buy a cert to keep working.
Do I feel bad when the use things like early boarding? Yep. But I also do things like fly 1C partially to eliminate some of that guilt. (Protip, too, flying is very easy when you’re in a wheelchair w/ a 1C ticket….I do use a wheelchair at the airport…can’t walk fast or far. Tip your attendant!)

While I agree in principle on the USN attacks,
A. It’s intl waters, not inside .vz
B. Bit of FAFO involved. But, back to A…. This isn’t even Soleimani or the Intel office in Lebanon.
C. Yeah, the boats probably aren’t primarily carrying fentanyl. They’re hauling cocaine for trafficking to UK/EU (from various Caribbean airports). But .vz is propping up their shit as oil continues to fall in price.

They weren’t going to invade, and the fight was going to be won before it didn’t happen, and Pergosgin didn’t defect. And the Finns and Swedes wouldn’t join NATO. (To simplify, this is an absolute shitshow for Putin.)
- Not sure I really understand the Gen Z riots (most recently in Messico). Morocco. Sri Lanka, Nepal…. But it doesn’t seem to be USG (so CIA), or the NeoHips’ root-of-all-evil US Defense manufacturers
- Trump doesn’t have anything to fix the real structural spending and revenue problems. DOGE barely cut anything. OBBBA keeps Biden spending while not really increasing revenue. And the SSI mandatory cuts get closer by the day.
